Jonathan has owned Jonathan's Jewelers since 1997 and been in the jewelry business since 1980. Jon's interest began in high school where he made rings from silver spoons. Jon then went on to apprentice with one of the top jewelers in western Massachusetts.

Upon moving to New Hampshire, Jon took on the role of manager for Gemvest Jewelers in Bedford. In addition to managing the store he also served as Master Bench Jeweler and designer. In May of 1997, Jon elected to open his own establishment and created Jonathan's Jewelers.

Jon is certified by GIA in diamond grading and is presently completing the work for his Graduate Gemologist degree.  He is a New England Jewelers' Association board member.  Jon is well-versed in all types of jewelry repair and takes great pride in his workmanship and his great skill as a diamond setter.

Jon is a board member of the New England Jewelers Association.

Thomas Buonomo

Designer and Bench Jeweler
 

Tom has been with Jonathan's Jewelers since 1999 and has been in the jewelry business since 1991. His interest in jewelry design began while taking high school art classes. While working as a dental technician he mastered wax model making. Tom designed and created many wedding bands for friends before working as a jeweler.

Tom spent two years as a jeweler's apprentice and three years as a full time bench jeweler. His on-the-job experience propelled his abilities to work with gold and platinum and he has a devotion to excellence of design. Tom was awarded a 2000 New Hampshire Jewelers Association award.  Most recently, he won two category awards by the New England Jewelers Association.  He won first place in the Level 1 custom category as well as winning the People’s Choice award.

James joined Jonathan's Jewelers in 2000 and has been in the business since 1998. James earned his degree in geology from the University of Massachusetts in 1983. From these courses he took an interest in stones and minerals and has become fluent in mineral crystal and gem growth.

James attended the North Bennett Street School in 1998, completing the Bench Jeweler Program and is presently taking GIA Graduate Gemologist courses. Having completed the Diamond Graduate course, he is certified by GIA for diamond grading.  James excels in a variety of skills including platinum restoration, gem identification and fabrication.

Deb Santosuosso

Appraisals and Modelmaker
 

Deb has been with Jonathan's since 2001 and has been in the business since 1986. She completed a four year apprenticeship at a large jewelry store in England and went on to become a designer and assistant manager.

She now works at Jonathan's as a designer/modelmaker and appraiser.  Deb has completed her security awareness training and has received her Jewelry Appraisal Basics certificate from the Jewelers Board of Appraisal Review.  Deb is also well versed in metallurgy, understanding allergic reactions to alloys of precious metals.  This allows her to offer options to our customers who have allergies to these metals.

Judy Morrissey

Sales & Inventory Management

Judy has been with Jonathan's since 2005.  She is working in sales and inventory management.  She has achieved her Accredited Jewelry Professional title from the GIA and is currently enrolled in the Diamond Grading course. Judy also assists in the appraisal process.

Ingrid Cone

Sales & Pearl Stringing

Ingrid has worked at Jonathan’s since 2003 and has been in the jewelry business for over 30 years.  She is very experienced in jewelry sales and is the resident pearl expert.  She also assists in repairs by doing all the pearl and gemstone bead restringing. Ingrid has a creative eye and is very successful in helping customers pick just the right piece.
