We have a longtime customer who wanted to find a way to help others during the COVID-19 pandemic. She asked us to auction off a South Seas Black Pearl and Diamond ring to raise funds for a cause, and collectively we decided to help the NH Food Bank! We are aware that there are many who have been affected by the economic ramifications of the shutdown, and want to ensure they have the ability to put food on their table as well.
The ring is stunning. We appraised it at $4,900. It features:
- 12.3 grams of 18kt white gold;
- a 10.75mm South Seas Black Pearl with no blemishes;
- 16 .02ct diamonds for a total carat weight of .32; and
- 66 additional diamonds (!) making up the ring, with a total carat weight of .68, giving the ring 1.00 total carats. The diamonds are D-F color and VS clarity.

The winning bidder can make out a check to the NH Food Bank, and we will give the bidder the ring in exchange for the check during regular hours of business. Please call ahead to schedule a time for pickup. As well, in the event that the winning bidder fails to do so within 7 days, the second-highest bid will then be considered as the “winning” bid.
