OUR STORY

Coming to Jonathan's Jewelers feels like "finding a hidden gem.” Our customers always leave with a similar feeling because Jonathan’s is truly unique. On the outside, we may appear to just be a full-service jewelry store but in reality we are so much more than that.

Jonathan’s has been creating unique, award-winning jewelry for more than 30 years in Bedford. We are known throughout New England as a trusted place for on-site quality custom jewelry designs, repairs and appraisals.

Unlike national chain stores who push mass produced pieces indiscriminately or large independent jewelers who charge a premium, Jonathan’s Jewelers is committed to offering fabulous jewelry at a reasonable price, and with a personal touch. Since Jonathan Crary founded Jonathan’s Jewelers in Bedford, NH in 1997, we have designed and created more than 4,000 pieces of custom jewelry and completed over 60,000 repairs which led us to becoming New Hampshire’s best full-service jewelry store.

Our friendly, well-educated sales staff and GIA certified gemologists don't work on commission and are there to meet your every jewelry need in a casual, intimate environment. Often our repairs are done right on premises, so your precious items don't have to leave our sight. Our clients love that they can make personal appointments where many sizings, settings, and appraisals are done while they wait by our on-site jewelers and gemologists.

However, the highest compliment doesn’t come from seeing our jewelry worn all across the region. It comes when our customers and patrons recognize the special place that Jonathan’s Jewelers has become. Our team has won a number of awards, including being named a Hippo Press “Reader’s Pick” in 2021 and the “Best Local Jeweler with a Store” by the readers of New Hampshire Magazine in 2020.

Our mission here at Jonathan’s Jewelers is to provide our community with outstanding service, unique jewelry design and superior product knowledge, recognizing it is a privilege to do so in this industry. We are delighted to be of service.
