At Jonathan's, we've proudly completed over 60,000 repairs on all kinds of items. Our expert jewelers work carefully and quickly to make sure your piece is returned in a way that far exceeds your expectations. Repair turnaround time is typically 7 to 10 days, however certain repairs will take more or less time, and this is something we can estimate for you when you come into the store. Most items are repaired on our premises, but if an item does need to be sent out for the repair to take place, that will be always be confirmed and approved by you before any further steps are taken. Items sent out for repair (such as a stone repolish) will be fully insured. Please stop in for an estimate.
